Job Description:
● Contact prospective clients by cold calling, lead generation, online research, proposal
submission, and generate appointments to explore business development opportunities.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet clients’ unique needs
and provide updated promotional campaigns to customers.
● Successfully generate appointments with clients to meet and exceed key performance
indicators (KPIs) and business development goals.
● Continuously update knowledge and skills related to the offered services.
What We're Seeking:
● Education: Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent.
● Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
● Relevant Experience: Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales /
Telemarketing Executive / Telemarketer / Telesales / outbound call or cold call
● Language: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay. We are looking for someone who is
fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking
clients.
● Personality: We welcome a young, bold, enthusiastic persona and have passion to do
sales!
● Candidates should possess a good personality, able to work under pressure, self
motivated, dynamic, proactive, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
