Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing)
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing) to join our MYSense internal team. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to identify the right influencers, optimise campaign performance, and drive measurable results across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Strategy : Develop influencer marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audience
- Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation : Source and evaluate influencers based on engagement rate, audience quality and relevance. Negotiate pricing, deliverables, usage rights and timelines
- Campaign Execution & Operations :Coordinate briefing, content approval and posting timeline. Monitor content performance. Track budget utilisation and ensure cost efficiency
- Reporting & Optimisation : Prepare campaign reports with insights and improvement recommendations. Work closely with Paid Media team to boost high-performing content
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing Communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, or any other related fields.
- 1 – 2 years experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Digital Agency
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram & XHS ecosystem
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with numbers & budget tracking)
- Experience using influencer tools (e.g., Modash or similar) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with influencers)
